We have an ISO 9001:2008 certificate and we use low migration paints and varnishes. Our suppliers offer approvals and certificates for adhesives and backings dedicated to direct contact with food.
Usually made of TSP thermal paper with a special coating on both sides protecting from oil, water, and low temperatures, used in the manufacture of self-adhesive meat and meat product labels. At the end of the production process, all coloured labels are additionally coated with UV paint to ensure longer colour life. All materials used to manufacture such labels are approved and safe with food.
Labels affixed to products sold individually. When creating labels we use paints and adhesives certified for direct contact with food. After removing the label, they leave no trace. They are also suitable for use on kiwifruit, peach or quince.
Adhesive-free labels attached to string bags and containers with fruits and vegetables. They primarily serve an informative function while also highlighting the producer’s logo. Their special shape allows for their use in the automated application process.
Like other labels that have direct contact with food, they have certificates and approvals for adhesives and backings. They can be printed in whole or in part, which enables the customer to print data (e.g. weight, composition, food value).
